The lobby was beautifully decorated for fall, and check-in was a breeze! Our room was spotless and had an amazing view of the Ferris wheel and mountains at night. Breakfast was a fun experience with fresh waffles and plenty of options to start the day off right.

Indoor pool and hot tub were nice and well-maintained. The breakfast options could use more variety. Found it convenient having a game room for the kids to enjoy. The bathroom was a bit cramped and could use some updates.

Great location, easy access. Room had kitchen, microwave, and a nice view. Clean with comfy beds and good lighting around the sink. Indoor heated pool and hot tub were relaxing. Breakfast was decent, but no meats. Staff were super friendly. Some minor cleaning issues, but everything worked. Washer/dryer on-site and walking distance to Kroger.

Friendly staff and a great view made for a pleasant start. The pool was a highlight, and the jetted tub was a nice treat. the room wasn’t as clean as hoped; we had to wipe surfaces ourselves, and the bathroom was very cramped. The breakfast was underwhelming, requiring a microwave to warm up premade items, which often weren’t hot enough. There were moments of noise from neighboring rooms, but the beds were comfortable, and parking was convenient. Despite some drawbacks, the location and vibe made it a memorable stay.

Cleanliness stands out. The hotel has a pleasant aroma that immediately sets a good tone. Rooms are spacious, inviting, and tidy. upon check-in, I faced issues with unclean bedding. It was frustrating to manage that myself when staff couldn’t assist directly. Staff members were generally warm and accommodating, enhancing the experience. Indoor amenities, like the pool and arcade, were enjoyable, particularly for my granddaughter. The breakfast options fell flat. Everything served was cold and lacking variety. No fresh fruit or protein choices were available. Though the location is convenient, practical needs like Wi-Fi and proper room service fell short. An upgrade is necessary. Would need to rethink staying again.

The location was fantastic, close to everything you'd need and within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony offering a nice touch. The breakfast exceeded expectations, providing more than the basics for a good start to the day.
The room had a musty smell upon entering, potentially due to mold near the AC unit and outlets. There were cleanliness issues noted, such as stained sheets on one of the beds and mold around the tub.

Walked over to The Island for fun rides and great food. Stuffed my own bear. Saw fairies! Enjoyed watching candy being made and played in the arcade. Dollywood kept me screaming on roller coasters.
Loved feeling like a peeping Tom sharing a room view with strangers.

So, we recently stayed at Park Grove and had a bit of a mixed experience. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. We also appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave being clean and in working order. there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The jacuzzi tub in our suite could have been cleaner, which was a bit of a letdown. The shower curtain had a weird smell, like it hadn't been washed in ages. the breakfast offerings were a bit lacking, and the biscuits seemed stale. On the bright side, the lighting around the sink was amazing, better than most places I've seen. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice additions, and the staff, especially the second and third shift employees, were friendly. it was a decent stay, but there are definitely some areas that could use some extra attention.

Had a blast with my crew hitting up the arcade with cool games and easy card swipes for prizes! Super close to all the action - a short walk to The Island and right by major attractions. Tubing down the river and playing mini golf were cheap thrills we loved!
Wish there was a livelier nightlife scene for us party-loving teens! .

i had an amazing experience staying at park grove inn for our honeymoon. the hotel staff was friendly and the location was perfect. the room was spacious, with great mountain views from the balcony. everything in the room worked perfectly, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. we also appreciated the heated outdoor pool, good water pressure in the shower, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. overall, a great stay.

Our stay at Park Grove Inn was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our couples getaway. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were a highlight, providing relaxation and fun. The location was excellent, right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, yet off the main strip for privacy and peace. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We will definitely stay here again!
Breakfast could have been better with more variety and freshly made eggs.

Great location for exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kids loved the well-maintained pool and hot tub, open late. Spectacular view from the hotel.

the park grove inn was so clean and smelled fresh. the location was great - close to kroger's and lots of restaurants. the staff was wonderful, and the rooms were exceptional. can recommend
